Which devices is GoBalance compatible with?
The GoBalance app works with iOS devices running version 11 and up and Android devices running version 5 and up, making it compatible with most modern smartphones and tablets. While you can’t connect GoBalance directly to a smart TV, you can cast your practice sessions to your TV if your phone or tablet supports casting.
How do I turn the GoBalance On/Off?
Press the button on the main motion sensor. The light shows green, then blue, and the board is on. It switches itself off: as soon as you close the GoBalance app, or after about a minute if it is not connected to a phone or tablet.
What materials is the GoBalance board made of and how much weight can it support?
GoBalance Sport is made of sturdy wood and supports up to 450 lbs (~200 kg). GoBalance Play is made of durable plastic and supports up to 330 lbs (~150 kg).
What kind of battery does GoBalance use and how long does it last?
Both boards use a standard CR2032 lithium coin battery that lasts about 200 hours of balance play. It is easy to replace: open the main compartment, pull out the motion sensor and swap the battery.
Can you adjust the difficulty level?
Yes, on both boards. GoBalance Sport comes with an inflatable balance cushion, and the board also fits on top of a Bosu or similar balance element. GoBalance Play sits on an inflatable cushion ring. Add air to the cushion for more challenge, or let some out to make it easier.
I just purchased my GoBalance board. When will I receive it?
Within the US, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. During peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, allow up to 72 extra hours for processing. You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How does the 30-day return work?
You can return GoBalance within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send you a return (RMA) number. Unopened products get a full refund. Opened products must be working and complete with all accessories and packaging, and a 20% restocking fee applies. If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping; if it arrived defective, we do. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Read the return policy →
